No weight loss this week. But, just as important, no weight gain. I had a hard time keeping up with eating 6 times a day and ate way too many ribs and slices of pound cake to lose anybody's weight this week. I had a good talk with the instructor of the Body Pump class I take and am ready to step up my workout game. The past couple of weeks, I've done cardio everyday and Body Pump twice a week. I'm feeling great, but really need to SEE some results from all the work I'm doing. My instructor gave me these exercise guidelines if I want to see results in the next few weeks:
