The 10-Day Cleanse Phase of the challenge was yesterday. I am happy to report that during that phase, I lost 5 pounds, 4 inches from my waist (where I carry most of my excess weight), and 5 inches total from my hips, thighs, arms and bust combined. I kept up with my daily workouts and did everything I outlined in the Day 5 post. I feel awesome.
Now that my digestive system is all squeaky clean, it's on to the Max Phase, Days 11-24. The next two weeks are all about consuming high quality vitamins and nutrition designed to increase my metabolism and tone the muscle I have and the muscle I'll build during my workouts this week. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn (even while resting), so my body will be a fat-burning furnace! I am also thrilled about the supplements I'll be taking to improve my skin tone and elasticity as I lose fat and build muscle rapidly--keeping it tight! :) So excited and ready to WORK!
I'll be back in a few days with an update. I'll give you the scoop on which Advocare supplements I'm taking and how many MORE inches and weight I have lost.
